Presumably, they have all been tested and approved by regulatory bodies before they are put on sale, although there was a report from back in August that suggested that phones made by Apple could be exceeding those limits.
Now according to a new report, it seems that both Apple and Samsung are facing a lawsuit when a Chicago-based law firm, Fegan Scott, accused both companies of creating smartphones that exceed the safety levels when it comes to radiofrequency radiation.
The company alleges that this is based on data from tests that were conducted independently. (…)
